One of the followers of the Dutch Instagram page @bijbelsopvoeden asked a question:
Our daughter (6 years old) is scared of Judgment Day. She thinks this day is coming really soon: maybe tonight already (for this reason, she has a hard time sleeping). She hears everywhere around here about the signs which will be seen before Judgment Day. Now she also links this with the Covid-virus (which she herself has been sick with as well). What is the best way to respond to her fears? What can I say, and what should I not say? In this Question and answer "article", you can read the responses from other parents, as well as some comments from Mrs. Andrea Van Hartingsveldt. |
